Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience from The Veganized therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase. We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we will be gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products.

CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
Please note:
  • Refund can take between 10 to 30 days to be reflected on your statement.
  • We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.
  • You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided. 
  • Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
  • Make sure you include your name and order number so that we know who it's from!
  • You should always contact us before sending any items for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.
  • Kindly note that products that were on SALE collections or purchased by a special promotion as a coupon code are not eligible for a return or exchange, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

    Delay in receiving the order

    If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by e-mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

     

    Special Note

    Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
